baybay's pitch is that your family's data is yours, so this page is an inventory, not a legal fog. Here is every piece of information the hosted service holds, where it sits, and how to make us not have it.

What our account records hold

• The email address the owner subscribed with — used for magic links and receipts, nothing else.
• The household's name and its address slug.
• Sign-in sessions, and rate-limit counters keyed to a hashed IP that expire within a day.
• Stripe's reference for the subscription and its status. Card details live at Stripe and never touch this server.

What your household file holds

Everything you log — feeds, sleeps, children's names, notes — lives in one SQLite file that exists so the app can show it back to you. We do not open it, read it, aggregate it or sell it. Export hands you the whole file any time; deleting the household unlinks it, with no soft-delete flag quietly keeping a copy.

What we deliberately do not have

• No trackers in the app itself — no third party is ever loaded on a screen showing your child's records. This marketing site counts visits with Google Analytics, which sets a cookie and sees the pages you opened here. It is not present anywhere past the sign-in.
• No ad networks, no data sharing, no "partners."
• No account for the second parent or the sitter — a household code is not an identity.

When you cancel

Your household stays readable and exportable for 30 days, then the file is deleted. Email hello@baybay.baby to have it deleted sooner, and it will be.
